Information we process and why

• Account information, including name, email, login credentials or third-party sign-in identifiers, is used to create, authenticate and protect your account.
• Telephone number, delivery and billing address, cart, purchases, payment status and order identifiers are used to calculate checkout, deliver physical goods, manage returns and provide support.
• Language, country, currency and optional gender preferences are used to personalize the store. Browsing events, search queries, product views, cart events and session identifiers are used to understand usage and improve the shopping experience. Our servers may record IP addresses, request and device/browser information for operation, security and troubleshooting.
• When you permit location access, the app can use your device location to identify your country or help fill your address. Selected coordinates may accompany registration. Mapping and reverse-geocoding services may process coordinates. Location is optional; you can choose your country and enter your address manually. The app does not require background location.
• If you enable notifications, a device push token is registered to deliver notifications through Expo and the platform push service. You can change notification permission in your device settings.
• Reviews, product questions, questionnaire answers and messages you submit are processed for those features and support. Published reviews/questions may be visible to other shoppers; do not include private information in public submissions.

Payments and service providers

Payments are processed using Stripe. Payment details are collected through Stripe's payment interface; Stripe also processes device and usage information for payment operation, fraud prevention and diagnostics. The store receives payment identifiers and status. See Stripe's privacy policy. Delivery information is provided to fulfilment and shipping providers as needed to deliver your order. Hosting, email, notifications and authentication providers process information needed to operate their services. Providers may process data outside your country; their applicable privacy terms and legal requirements also apply. Optional device biometrics are checked by the operating system; the app does not receive your fingerprint or face template.

Legal grounds and choices

We process account and order information to provide requested services and perform purchases, records where needed to comply with legal obligations, and security and service usage information for legitimate interests in operating and protecting the store. Optional permissions and communications can be withdrawn through device or account settings. Withdrawing a permission does not undo previous processing or cancel an order.

Retention and deletion

Account information remains associated with your account while it is active. You can delete an ordinary customer account in the app's account settings or at madeingermany.app/account/delete. Deletion removes or anonymizes the customer profile, sign-in credentials, cart, wishlist and saved addresses not linked to orders. Order, invoice, payment and delivery records remain where needed for fulfilment, returns, accounting, legal record keeping and disputes. Deleting an account does not cancel orders or refunds. Retention depends on the record's purpose and applicable obligations; contact us for information or requests concerning retained records, logs or backups. Staff and system accounts are not eligible for customer self-service deletion.

Security and your rights

The mobile app communicates with the store through HTTPS and uses protected device storage for sign-in tokens. No system can guarantee absolute security. Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your information, object to processing, withdraw consent, or complain to a competent data-protection authority. We may update this notice as the service changes and will show the updated date here.

نعالج الاسم والبريد وبيانات تسجيل الدخول لإنشاء الحساب وتأمينه، والهاتف والعنوان والسلة والمشتريات ومعرّفات الدفع وحالته لتنفيذ الطلبات والتوصيل والمرتجعات والدعم. تُستخدم تفضيلات اللغة والدولة والعملة والنوع الاختياري لتخصيص المتجر. تُستخدم عمليات البحث وتصفح المنتجات وأحداث السلة ومعرّفات الجلسات لتحليل الاستخدام وتحسين الخدمة، وقد تُسجّل عناوين الإنترنت وبيانات الطلب والجهاز لأغراض التشغيل والأمان وتشخيص الأعطال.

الموقع اختياري لتحديد الدولة أو تعبئة العنوان؛ قد تُرسل الإحداثيات المختارة مع التسجيل وتعالجها خدمات الخرائط وتحديد العناوين. يمكنك إدخال العنوان يدويًا، ولا يتطلب التطبيق موقعك في الخلفية. عند تفعيل الإشعارات يُسجّل رمز الجهاز لإرسالها عبر Expo وخدمة المنصة؛ يمكنك إيقافها من إعدادات الجهاز. نعالج التقييمات والأسئلة وإجابات الاستبيانات والرسائل لتقديم ميزاتها؛ قد تظهر التقييمات والأسئلة المنشورة للآخرين، فلا تضع فيها بيانات خاصة.

الدفع ومقدمو الخدمة

تعالج Stripe بيانات الدفع داخل واجهتها، وبيانات الجهاز والاستخدام لتشغيل الدفع ومنع الاحتيال وتشخيص الأخطاء. يحصل المتجر على معرّفات الدفع وحالته. تُشارك بيانات التوصيل اللازمة مع مقدمي التنفيذ والشحن، وتُعالج خدمات الاستضافة والبريد والإشعارات وتسجيل الدخول البيانات اللازمة لتشغيلها. قد تتم المعالجة خارج دولتك. يتحقق نظام الجهاز من البصمة أو الوجه، ولا يستلم التطبيق قالب البصمة أو الوجه.

الاحتفاظ والحقوق

نعالج البيانات لتنفيذ الخدمات والطلبات والالتزامات القانونية وحماية المتجر وتحسينه، وبالموافقة للميزات الاختيارية. يمكنك سحب أذونات الجهاز. يمكنك حذف حساب العميل من إعداداته أو صفحة حذف الحساب؛ تُحذف أو تُجهّل بيانات الملف وتسجيل الدخول والسلة والمفضلة والعناوين غير المرتبطة بطلبات. تبقى سجلات الطلبات والفواتير والدفع والتوصيل حسب الحاجة للتنفيذ والمرتجعات والمحاسبة والمتطلبات القانونية والنزاعات. الحذف لا يلغي الطلبات أو الاسترداد، وحسابات الإدارة والنظام مستثناة من الحذف الذاتي.

يعتمد الاحتفاظ على غرض السجل والالتزامات الواجبة. تواصل معنا لطلبات البيانات المحتفظ بها أو السجلات والنسخ الاحتياطية. يستخدم التطبيق HTTPS وتخزينًا محميًا لرموز الدخول، دون ضمان أمان مطلق. بحسب القانون يمكنك طلب الوصول والتصحيح والحذف والتقييد والنقل والاعتراض وسحب الموافقة وتقديم شكوى للجهة المختصة؛ قد نتحقق من ملكية الحساب. الخدمة غير مصممة للأطفال. نُحدّث تاريخ هذه الصفحة عند تغيير السياسة.
